Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

At STIKCA, we specialise in high-quality custom label and sticker printing. Because most products are made to order and tailored specifically to each customer’s requirements, our returns and refund policy reflects the bespoke nature of our work.

We offer a 30-day window for enquiries relating to your order. Refunds or returns are only available in the circumstances outlined below.


Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations – UK)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel orders for non-customised goods within 14 days of receiving the items.

This right does not apply to personalised or custom-printed products, including:

  • Custom printed labels

  • Personalised sticker designs

  • Products produced to your specifications

If your order includes standard non-custom items, these may still be eligible for return. Please contact us before sending anything back.


Design & Production Costs

While design assistance may be included as part of our service, every order involves time, expertise and materials. Once an order enters production, costs begin to accumulate.

Design Time

  • Preparing artwork for print

  • Customer revisions and adjustments

  • Preparing production-ready files

Printing & Materials

  • Specialist label stock is allocated to each job

  • Printed materials cannot be reused

  • Machine time and resources are dedicated to your order

  • A standard 2% production waste margin is included during production

If an order has entered production but has not yet been dispatched, it may qualify for a 50% refund only.

Before Production Begins
  • 100% refund if production has not started

  • Cancellations must be requested before printing begins

  • Completed design work may affect the refund amount

After Production Begins
  • 50% refund if the order is already in production but not yet dispatched

After Dispatch
  • Custom printed products cannot be returned for change of mind


If We Make a Mistake

Although we take great care with every order, mistakes can occasionally happen.

If an issue occurs that is clearly the responsibility of STIKCA, such as:

  • Incorrect printing compared to approved artwork

  • Production faults or printing defects

  • The wrong product being supplied

We will work quickly to resolve the issue. This may include:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement print run

  • Or another suitable resolution agreed with you

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs showing the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom printed labels or stickers

  • Approved personalised designs

  • Items that have been used or applied

  • Bespoke orders produced specifically for a customer


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and photographs

  • Keep all original packaging

  • Do not return items without authorisation


Refund Process

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3 working days

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days depending on your bank
