Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy applies to any purchase options, subscription services, or repeat order features offered by STIKCA.

By selecting a purchase option or subscription-based order, customers agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Subscription Orders

Certain products or services may be available as recurring purchases or subscription orders.

These may include:

• repeat label orders
• scheduled product shipments
• discounted subscription offers
• automated reorder services

Subscription details, including pricing and billing frequency, will be displayed at checkout.


Managing Your Subscription

Customers may manage or cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account where applicable.

Please include your name and order details when requesting cancellation.


Cancellation Timing

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date.

If a cancellation request is received after an order has already been processed or entered production, the order may still be fulfilled.


Custom Printed Products

If a subscription order includes custom printed products, the following conditions apply:

• orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• refunds will follow the standard Returns & Refunds Policy


Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails:

• the order will not be processed
• the subscription may be paused or cancelled
• STIKCA may attempt to notify the customer

Repeated failed payments may result in subscription cancellation.


Changes to Purchase Options

STIKCA reserves the right to modify or discontinue purchase options or subscription services at any time.

Customers will be notified where appropriate.
