Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by STIKCA ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Section 1 — Company Information

Section 2 — Services & Products
STIKCA provides custom printing and labelling services including but not limited to:
• Custom label printing
• Waterproof labels
• Room spray labels
• Cleaning product labels
• CLP labels
• Cosmetic labels
• Logo stickers
• Business cards
Product availability, specifications, and pricing may change without notice.
Section 3 — Bundle Deals
From time to time STIKCA may offer bundle deals or package pricing.

• Please check current product descriptions before purchasing
• Specific bundles may have additional terms
Section 4 — Design Services
Where provided, design services are offered as a courtesy to assist with label creation.
• Design requests are handled in order of receipt
• During busy periods design work may increase processing times
• We reserve the right to limit design revisions
• We may decline design requests where necessary
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all design proofs before approval.
Please check:
• spelling
• measurements
• layout
• product details
• regulatory information where applicable
Once artwork has been approved and printing has begun, STIKCA cannot be held responsible for errors contained within the approved design.
Section 5 — Ordering & Processing
Orders are processed only after payment has been received.
Typical processing time is 3–14 working days, however processing may take longer depending on:
• order volume
• design requirements
• stock availability
• equipment maintenance
• technical issues
• operational circumstances
During busy periods processing times may extend to several weeks.
Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
We will attempt to communicate significant delays where possible.
Section 6 — Payment & Invoices
Full payment must be received before an order enters production.
• Prices may change without notice
• Promotional offers may be withdrawn at any time
Invoice Payments
Where orders are placed via invoice:
• invoices must be paid within the stated payment period
• orders will not enter production until payment is received
Failure to pay invoices may result in:
• cancellation of the order
• refusal of future service
• permanent restriction from ordering with STIKCA
Section 7 — Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
General guidelines include:
• orders cancelled before production may receive a full refund
• orders already in production may receive a partial refund (typically 50%)
• custom printed products are non-refundable once dispatched unless faulty
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Section 8 — Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are packaged using environmentally conscious materials where possible
• Free delivery may apply above a certain order value
• Shipping times depend on the selected courier service
STIKCA is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or couriers.
Section 9 — Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
• provide accurate order information
• carefully review design proofs
• communicate promptly regarding approvals
• report any issues within stated timeframes
• comply with payment terms
Orders with outstanding balances will not be processed.
Section 10 — Cosmetic & CLP Labelling Disclaimer
STIKCA may assist with the formatting and printing of cosmetic labels and CLP labels. However, STIKCA does not provide regulatory compliance verification or approval.
Customers remain fully responsible for ensuring their products comply with all applicable regulations including:
• UK Cosmetic Regulations
• CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) Regulations
• CPSR safety assessments
• Product Information Files (PIF)
• ingredient usage limits
• allergen declarations
All information provided for label creation must be accurate and up to date.
Section 11 — Supplier Data & Fragrance Oils
Where applicable, STIKCA may rely on documentation provided by:
• customers
• fragrance oil suppliers
• ingredient suppliers
• publicly available supplier information
STIKCA cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party supplier data.
Destash & Resold Fragrance Oils
Where fragrance oils or ingredients are obtained through secondary sources such as:
• destash sales
• private resellers
• discontinued fragrances
• unknown suppliers
documentation may be outdated or incomplete.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring they hold valid documentation including:
• SDS
• IFRA certificates
• allergen declarations
STIKCA accepts no liability for labels produced using unverifiable supplier data.
Section 12 — Colour Variation
Colours displayed on screens may differ from printed results due to monitor calibration, lighting, and printing processes.
Minor colour variations between digital proofs and printed labels are normal and are not considered printing faults.
Section 13 — Label Application & Durability
Label adhesion and durability can vary depending on the surface they are applied to.
Customers are responsible for ensuring containers are suitable and surfaces are clean and dry prior to application.
STIKCA cannot guarantee adhesion on all surfaces including:
• oily surfaces
• textured containers
• curved surfaces
• damp environments
Section 14 — Customer Conduct
Customers are expected to communicate respectfully.
Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in:
• cancellation of orders
• refusal of service
• permanent restriction from placing future orders
Section 15 — Small Business Operation
STIKCA is an independent small business operated by a single person.
Processing times, communication responses, and order completion may vary depending on workload.
Customers acknowledge that response times may vary and agree to allow reasonable time for replies and order processing.
Section 16 — Communication
Customers may contact STIKCA at any time.
However, responses may vary depending on workload and operational hours.
Immediate responses cannot be guaranteed.
Section 17 — Right to Refuse Service
STIKCA reserves the right to:
• refuse service to any customer
• cancel orders at our discretion
• decline inappropriate or unlawful content
• suspend accounts where policies are violated
• modify services without notice
Section 18 — Privacy & Data Protection
Customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws.
Personal information is used only for purposes including:
• order processing
• customer communication
• service improvement
• legal compliance
We do not sell customer data.
Section 19 — Regulatory Changes
Regulations relating to cosmetics, fragrances, and chemical products may change.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their product labelling remains compliant with current legislation.
STIKCA cannot be held responsible for regulatory changes occurring after labels have been produced.
Section 20 — Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
