Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been received.

Please allow up to 10 business days for order processing. During busy periods or when design services are required, processing times may take longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

United Kingdom
2–4 business days depending on the courier service selected.

International Orders
8–20 business days depending on the destination country.

Please note these delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

• postal service disruptions
• customs processing
• extreme weather conditions
• peak seasonal periods
• courier delays

STIKCA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist with investigating the shipment with the courier.

Replacement or refund decisions will be handled on a case-by-case basis once the courier investigation has been completed.


International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to the following regions:

• European Union
• United States
• Australia

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated international delivery times range from 8 to 20 business days, depending on destination.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

STIKCA is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.

STIKCA cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
